Yes. Account creation requires you to tick the 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions' box. This is a binding agreement and you cannot access your account lobby until you agree.

Violations can result in account suspension, balance forfeiture or permanent closure. We notify you of the breach first, give you a chance to respond, then take action. Every enforcement is recorded in your account.
